The Role
As a
Senior Consultant
, you'll lead and manage high-impact research, policy and evaluation projects, working closely with clients to deliver actionable insights and positive outcomes. You'll play a key role in mentoring consultants, driving project quality, and supporting business development.

Key Responsibilities
Lead and deliver complex research and evaluation projects using qualitative, quantitative and mixed methods.
Design robust methodologies to address client needs and ensure rigour.
Build strong client relationships and deliver tailored solutions.
Present findings and recommendations that are clear, actionable and impactful.
Engage ethically and respectfully with diverse stakeholders, including First Nations communities.
Mentor and support consultants in project delivery and professional growth.
Contribute to business development through proposals, pitches and networking.
What You'll Bring
Extensive experience leading research and evaluation projects.
Proven ability to deliver impactful, timely results.
Strong skills in qualitative and quantitative research, including mixed-methods approaches.
Exceptional writing, reporting and presentation skills.
Ability to build and maintain relationships with diverse clients and stakeholders.
High levels of drive, self-motivation and ethical practice.
Advanced skills in data analysis and visualisation tools.
Relevant qualifications in research, evaluation, social sciences, psychology, economics, data science or related fields.
Experience working with Indigenous Australians and understanding of First Nations ways of knowing and working.
