You'll be supported every step of the way by a Director of Service, ensuring you have everything you need to thrive in your role.Service Location : DoncasterYou'll work across split shifts, Monday to Friday :7 : 00am - 9 : 00am + 2 : 45pm - 6 : 30pm Monday to FridayThe Role - Ready to Grow Your Leadership?
As the Second in Charge (2IC), you'll be a key leader in delivering high-quality care and creating memorable experiences for the children in our service.This is an exciting opportunity for someone passionate about childcare and leadership, ready to make a meaningful impact on the children, parents, and team.Involved : Engage with the school community, attending events, assemblies.Innovation : Assist with the creation and implementation of enriching experiences based on the preferences of the children in your programGenuine : Foster genuine relationships with children and their families.Fun : Play and have FUN with primary school aged childrenRemarkable : Support with ensuring your program in compliance according to industry regulations.The Successful Candidate :Ideally you have previous experience working in Before and After School Care or education, but this is by no means essential - we can train you

Relevant Diploma qualification (equivalent orworking towards it) as per ACECQA standards.
