At Talent Solution Partners, we're hiring a Store Manager to take ownership of this established boutique and drive it into its next stage of growth. You'll be leading a close-knit team in a high-potential location, backed by strong support from head office and the broader retail network.

Your Role

Reporting to the Head of Retail, you'll oversee the day-to-day operations of the Doncaster store, with a focus on team development, customer experience and commercial results. You'll bring energy, leadership, and an unwavering commitment to excellence.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead, coach and inspire your retail team to deliver outstanding customer experiences
• Drive store performance, hitting and exceeding sales targets through smart strategy and team motivation
• Manage inventory, store operations and back-of-house systems with care and attention
• Maintain visual merchandising to brand standard and ensure the store always looks its best
• Build customer loyalty and become a trusted presence in the local community
• Collaborate with head office on marketing activations and customer engagement
• Champion a positive team culture, with clear communication and support

What We're Looking For

• Minimum 3 years' experience in a retail leadership role
• Strong team management and coaching skills
• A natural people person — confident, engaging and customer-focused
• Commercial mindset with the ability to interpret sales data and respond accordingly
• Organised, proactive and solutions-oriented
• Experience with platforms like Shopify or JIFI is a bonus
