**The opportunity**:
We have an exciting opportunity to join our
**Wholesale Footwear Support **team as a
**Wholesale Brand Support for REEBOK**.
***Reporting to our
**Wholesale Manager Footwear & Apparel**. This is a full time permanent opportunity, based out of our offices in Cremorne. You will have the opportunity to work alongside brands such as: Hush Puppies, Clarks, Julius Marlow, Grosby, Global TRA, and in Apparel Superdry & Elka Collective.

**Key duties and responsibilities**:

- Deliver Key Operational objectives for the Wholesale business.
- Support the Wholesale Brand Managers and wider business to drive operational efficiency and better business outcomes.
- Assist with running key stock reports i.e. Clearance, Free Stock, SKU Count, Free Later and other Ad Hoc reports. Do so with the view that driving this will result in faster sales to customers increasing profitability.
- Attend all Brand Range Releases, Conferences, Weekly Sales Meetings and relevant operations and brand communications as required.
- Assist with Weekly Sell Through Reports, Key Account Line Lists/Reports/Information and Brand/Product reports per sell as required.
- Manage wholesale accounts daily allocating stock, working closely with Accounts Department to understand credit management, create Sales Orders, Credit Notes & Exchange orders.
- Support other footwear brands when required within the Wholesale Support Team

**The skills and experience you offer us**:

- Demonstrated 2 years administration experience (preferred)
- Understand retail, apparel & footwear products, supported by sufficient business skills
- Tertiary degree in business with a sales focus is preferable
- Industry Exposure - Sales, Retail, Sports, Apparel, Account Management
- Strong ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities
- Experience in AP21 (preferred), Excel & Outlook
