We are seeking a Reception & Customer Service Apprentice to join our team. This role is perfect for someone eager to learn, grow and develop valuable skills in customer service and clinic support.

The successful candidate will be responsible for:Welcoming clients and checking them inAnswering phone calls and providing accurate informationScheduling appointments and processing paymentsAssisting with setting up massage rooms and keeping the clinic tidySupporting therapists with laundry and room preparationIntroducing clients to our services and products including upselling when appropriateHandling customer feedback and directing concerns to managementProviding general administrative and service support as required

We are looking for a positive friendly and professional individual who has:Strong communication and people skillsQuick learning abilities and a willingness to work in a teamReliability proactivity and adaptabilityAn interest in holistic health and wellness (a bonus)We are offering a casual apprenticeship opportunity in customer service and clinic support available Wednesday - Sunday at our West End clinic.
