**What you'll do**:
- Individual contributor with channel and financial expertise
- Enable Partners on creating and delivering payments solutions to bring to bear Cisco Capital and IT Finance partner and FinTech ecosystem, and programs.
- Responsible for the Cisco Capital channel strategy for the geographic area and named Partners.
- Optimize financing capacity drives programs and capabilities
- Delivers solutions for channel financing, project financing, Commercial Payments platform, and Finance partner ecosystem platforms and programs
- Increase Partner's ability to challenge, differentiate, deliver profitable growth, and optimize financial performance
- Requires engagement of partner C-level leadership team
- Keep Partner's financing knowledge up to date with all new Cisco Capital offerings
- Help Partners adapt their business strategies, offering, skills, operations, and processes to keep up with new business models
- Become a trusted, strategic adviser
**Who you'll work with**:
You will build deep relationships throughout the Partner Organization, and Channel Partner leadership and account teams, making valuable contributions to the business planning and development process. You will focus on the Channel partner CFO and other senior executive decision-makers. Our team applies skills and expertise developing outstanding Partner relationships critical to the growth and success of an elite enterprise that leads to innovation in today's technology industry.
**Who you are**:
You bring 10-15+ years of business development and financial solution delivery at the CXO level. You will work along with skilled and demonstrated cross-functional team. You have excellent interpersonal skills & executive presence a consistent record of crafting, growing, sustaining, and influencing CXOs by becoming their trusted advisor. You have a broad knowledge and understand the nuances of Cisco's 3-tier distribution model, experience with various financial services models, and payments platforms. In addition to leading by example with a high degree of integrity, trust, and focus on team success.
**Experience**:
- People leadership skills
- Executive relationship management experience
- Knowledge of payment platforms FinTech partners
- Cisco Commerce Workspace
- Extended terms financing (Sale of Payable/Receivable)
- Working with Financial service ecosystem partners
- Skills in leasing, lending, project financing, consumption models
- Financial services program management
- Experience working with Cisco in the channel, along with at least 5+ years executive-level business development or consulting experience
- Shown ability to develop and implement strategies on a broad basis at Cisco
- Ability to influence at the senior executive level
- Shown ability to present clear and succinct business cases and recommendations to all key partners across multiple cross-functional groups
- Evidence of delivering presentations in public and internal settings
- Ability to insert and influence virtual teams and multiple initiatives simultaneously
- Experience in operationalizing plans & ensuring launch execution
- The ability to work well with and use the cross-functional team to engage in Cisco's Channel strategy.
- Results orientation, ready to go for the long haul and passion and willingness to invest for the interest of bigger Cisco
**Our minimum requirements for this role**:
- BS, MS, MBA
- 10-15 years of proven experience
- Partner Management & Partner Program and Governance knowledge & experience
- Financial acuity
- Understand the financing strategies of channels partners to improve outcomes
- Demonstrates dedication to "One Cisco" success
- General Cisco knowledge and personal network to drive cross-functional engagements
- Outstanding ability to build consensus, find creative win-win solutions, and influence inside Cisco
- Knowledge of Cisco architectures and move to subscription and recurring revenue models
