**Your day to day**
The Reservations Manager/Revenue Analyst performs a vital role in delivery of commercial results, guest love, and operational effectiveness. This role is responsible for the team that manages all FIT and Group accommodation, restaurant and bar enquiries, as well as supports the hotel to achieve commercial and service deliverables.

The position also ensures that all inventory and revenues are maximised to full potential across the Hotel; including but not limited to accommodation rooms, conferencing space, food and beverage outlets, channel management and loyalty contribution. Key driver of internal and external revenue generation data analysis, leads cross functional decision making of sound, tactical and strategic initiatives. In conjunction with the IHG Revenue team accurately forecast demand and price accordingly; to maximize hotel revenues, to achieve superior performance in comparison to the competitive set as measured in RGI and as against budget growth targets

**What we need from you**
- At least 3 years of experience within Front Office or Reservations with at least 12 months demonstrated leadership experience
- Understanding of Yield Management with a minimum of 2 years experience preferably in a Reservations/Yield Management Environment
- Great communication skills and the ability to influence with the support of data analytics
- Excellent knowledge of Central Reservation System (Concerto/Trust/Marsha etc), Property Management System (Opera).
- Excellent report writing and presentation skills
