Toorak Campus caters for day students from Early Learning to Year 6. Toorak campus has approximately 50 full time and part time teaching and support staff.

**About the role**:
The role primarily involves being a member of the Toorak Maintenance Team to ensure the effective and efficient completion of a variety of maintenance functions and services, including:

- Maintenance to buildings, grounds and services to the Campus
- Providing appropriate support in the organisation of events and the daily activities
- Liaising with the Preventative Maintenance Supervisor, Head of Campus, teaching and operational staff, as well as external trades as required.

**About you**:

- General maintenance experience or a building/facility related trade
- Basic computer skills (Microsoft suite)
- Ability to display initiative and to manage prioritising tasks
- High level of Health and Safety acumen
- Excellent organisational and time management skills
- Willingness to undertake additional training relevant to the role.
