Role OverviewAs Restaurant Manager, you will oversee daily operations, strategic planning, team leadership, and foster a positive work culture while ensuring an exceptional dining experience.This role is ideal for someone eager to advance their hospitality career, focusing on customer service, employee training, performance management, sales growth, profitability, and implementing cost controls.Key ResponsibilitiesEstablish and monitor staff performance standards and responsibilities.Estimate food and beverage costs.Manage restaurant revenues, profit margins, and pricing strategies.Coordinate with front and back of house teams to maintain high standards.Collaborate with Marketing on advertising, promotions, and events.Promote and coordinate catering services and private event bookings.Conduct staff performance evaluations.Manage budgets and control expenses.Oversee supply arrangements for food, beverages, and other supplies.Knowledge of craft beer is an advantage.Apply analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.Demonstrate self-motivation, responsibility, and a drive to provide excellent service.Exhibit exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.Hold RSA & RCG qualifications.Legal rights to work in Australia.BenefitsDaily Managers Meal Allowance for use in any restaurant.Free secure parking and discounted car washes.Provided uniforms.Five weeks' annual leave plus additional wellbeing leave.A supportive culture that celebrates success and encourages growth.Ongoing training and development opportunities.Rewards and recognition programs.About Bankstown Sports ClubBankstown Sports Club is a leading registered club supporting local communities, with over 580 staff and diverse amenities, including the Lady Banks Rooftop Bar and Basement Brewhouse.
