About the role:
Cassette, a dual-purpose café and residential hub by Assemble Communities, is on the hunt for a skilled barista to join our Neighbourhood Assistant team. We pride ourselves on recruiting talent who are passionate about our core values and purpose, while upholding exceptional service standards.

They will work closely with the Neighbourhood Experience Lead to ensure high-quality service is offered and an exceptional hospitality experience is delivered, while maintaining the day-to-day operations for the residents of our new community.

The role is suited to those who have proven experience as a high-volume barista; enjoy working collaboratively in a dynamic team; are able to work in a hybrid environment across food and beverage and operations; and will thrive on providing exceptional service for our residents and customers alike.
- Proven capability as a high-volume barista, including dialling in, basic latte art, and experience with specialty coffee.
- 2+ years' experience in a fast paced, high quality service environment, with a hospitality or food and beverage focus.
- Demonstrated ability to work in a dynamic, multi-disciplinary team.
- Demonstrated experience and knowledge in a service environment.
- Valid RSA
