Key Role: Product Experience Analytics Team Lead

This role combines analytics expertise with in-depth understanding of sportsbook experience. You will work closely with stakeholders to shape the development and strategic direction of our sportsbook product.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with business stakeholders and product development teams to provide actionable insights, reports, and research.
  • Lead analytics for A/B testing, working closely with UX, Data Engineering, and Frontend Engineering teams.
  • Define requirements for data collection infrastructure, collaborating with Engineering and Data Engineering teams.
  • Support the evolution of analytics stack and contribute to self-service data platform development.
  • Recruit, manage, and upskill high-performing analytics team.
  • Advocate for analytics role in enabling product-centric organization.

To succeed in this role, you need:

  • A proven track record in leading and developing analytics teams, including mentoring analysts, defining team objectives, and building collaborative cultures.
  • Deep expertise in digital data collection and modeling, including designing and evaluating tracking strategies aligned to product and business needs.
  • Technical proficiency in SQL, DBT, Redshift, S3, and Python for data analysis.

Experience working with cloud-based data platforms within environments such as AWS, Azure, or GCP is desirable.
