**OPERATE AND ASSIST**

Hanson is one of Australia's leading suppliers of heavy building materials to the construction industry. We produce aggregates, including crushed rock, sand, gravel, and road base from a number of locations across Australia.

**In your new role with us, you will**:

- Manage safe, efficient, and independent operation of dry sand and bagging production
- Carry out day to day operation of various vehicles, plant, and equipment such as the Front-End Loader, Forklift, and packaging machine
- Load and stack sandbags for delivery
- Perform general labour activities

**This role is a great fit for you if you are**:

- Professional, self-motivated and take pride in your work
- Physically fit, as manual handling is involved
- Flexible with working hours - AM shifts required with the odd PM shift needed
- Mechanically inclined and able to solve problems.
- Positive and high regard for safety policies and procedures
- A team player and enjoy being part of a productive team
- Forklift and Front-End Loader skills and experience preferred, but not essential
