**Join Our Team as Head of Demand & Delivery**

Are you a strategic leader with a passion for delivering complex projects and driving organisational transformation? Do you thrive in a dynamic environment where your expertise in project management, change leadership, and stakeholder engagement can make a tangible impact? Capricorn is seeking a Head of Demand & Delivery to lead our project management and delivery function, ensuring successful execution of our strategic initiatives.

**Key Responsibilities**
- Provide leadership and oversight for all project management, change management, and delivery functions across Capricorn.
- Develop, implement, and maintain effective frameworks, policies, and tools for project delivery, testing, release management, and CI/CD.
- Support project managers and facilitate approval processes for project deliverables.
- Collaborate with executive leadership to analyse strategic initiatives and align project KPIs with organisational goals.
- Monitor, report, and recommend actions on project performance, risks, and interdependencies.
- Oversee the preparation and review of business cases, ensuring alignment with group strategy and robust decision-making.
- Lead change management initiatives to support successful adoption of new projects and product changes.
- Manage BAU product line modifications, balancing innovation with operational stability.
- Oversee resource allocation, procurement, and vendor management for all PMO and delivery practice teams.
- Engage with senior stakeholders, maintain strong relationships, and ensure effective communication and satisfaction.

**Knowledge, Skills & Experience**
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to convey complex concepts to diverse stakeholders.
- Strong analytical, creative thinking, and problem-solving skills.
- Demonstrated ability to lead cross-functional teams and deliver complex projects in a medium to large organisation.
- Deep understanding of project, program, and portfolio management frameworks (e.g., PMBOK, Prince2, Agile).
- Financial and accounting acumen, including business case development, benefit realisation, and cost management.
- Experience in change management, operational roles, and technology or new product/service projects.
- Minimum 8 years' experience in a similar leadership role.
- Graduate degree in Business, Technology, or Engineering; postgraduate training in Project Management highly regarded.
