Brix Projects are now working on some major construction project with some fantastic Tier 1 and Tier 2 companies. As the company is increasing dramatically, we are now on the lookout for a motivated Structural Foreman to come and join the team.

**Opportunity**

- Based in the Inner West and Eastern Suburb locations

**Responsibilities include**:

- On-site management of all subcontractors, our staff and trades.
- Develops a clear understanding of project scopes.
- Interpreting plans & drawings and responsible for site set out
- Has the ability to adhere to, improve upon, the construction program.
- Quality check of the project and issue the defect lists to subcontractors
- Run regular weekly coordination meetings with all Subcontractors and updates to the Project Team.
- Carry out on site safety audits and toolbox meetings.
- Create and promote a positive team environment
- Manage site team members and ensure behaviours are aligned with company values.

**Must have experience & requirements in the following**
- Minimum 3 years' experience in building/construction with supervisory functions
- Trade Qualification - Carpentry preferred
- White Card
- Valid Australian driver's license
- Comprehensive understanding of the building industry
- Knowledge and understanding of Australian Standards / Regulations and other applicable legislations and construction techniques
- Excellent understanding of all safety, quality and environmental policies, procedures, regulations and legislation
- Ability to lead by example on safety matters
- High level interpersonal and communication skills
- Proficient computer experience in Microsoft Excel, Word, Outlook
