**About the role**:
We are seeking an exceptional Teaching Assistant to join our Early Learning Centre, located in Bellevue Hill. In this position, you will work collaboratively with our teachers to provide high-quality assistance in all areas of class/student learning and management.

**Essential to the role**:

- Early childhood qualifications and experience. Diploma qualification with experience in 3-5 yr olds is highly desirable
- Strong verbal and non verbal communication skills to support student understanding, engagement and achievement
- Ability to create an inclusive and supportive learning environment
- High attention to detail, particularly with maintaining clear records and student portfolios

**We are looking for someone who**:

- Has the ability to infuse the Christian ethos into teaching practice
- Has an understanding of the Reggio Emilia approach and the capacity to be innovative and creative in the development of early learning
- Has the propensity to recognise the value and uniqueness of each individual within the College community
- Has professional and personal integrity
- Is flexible and open to change
- Is proactive and innovative
- Has effective interpersonal communication and organisational skills.
