Our vision is to empower educators as visionary leaders in secondary learning.
We are seeking an experienced educational leader to join our Secondary Leadership Team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving academic excellence and inspiring staff and students to flourish professionally.
Main Responsibilities
Develop, implement, and evaluate curriculum, pedagogy, assessment, and reporting practices that align with the College's ethos and strategic direction.
Promote a culture of excellence and provide guidance and support to staff to ensure compliance in Years 7–12.
Collaborate with the Head of Secondary Learning Community, Heads of Departments, and other leaders to implement the College's strategic plan and direction.
Maintain a commitment to the Christian beliefs, values, and culture of the institution.
Be an active member of their local church community.
Hold a registered teaching qualification with the relevant professional body.
Required Skills and Qualifications
Proven experience in educational leadership and management.
Strong understanding of curriculum design, instructional strategies, and assessment practices.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
A strong commitment to the Christian faith, values, and culture of the institution.
