Job Description

We are seeking a senior academic leader to join our Secondary Leadership Team as the Director of Teaching and Learning (Years 7-12).

This is an exceptional opportunity for an experienced and motivated educational leader to shape the academic organisation and lead the teaching and learning program in alignment with our ethos, vision, and direction.

The successful candidate will be responsible for facilitating quality practice in curriculum, pedagogy, assessment, and reporting, inspiring staff and students to flourish professionally and academically.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Leadership and management of the Secondary Teaching and Learning program
  • Facilitating quality practice in curriculum, pedagogy, assessment, and reporting
  • Inspiring staff and students to flourish professionally and academically
  • Providing guidance and ensuring compliance in Years 7–12
Requirements:

Applicants must have a commitment to the Christian beliefs, culture and values of our organisation. They must also be an active member of their local church and be a registered teacher with the relevant authority.
