Leadership Position: Director of Teaching and Learning

The Director of Teaching and Learning is a senior leadership role responsible for the strategic oversight of the Secondary Teaching and Learning program in alignment with the College's ethos, vision, and direction.

This key position inspires staff and students to flourish professionally and academically by facilitating quality practice in curriculum, pedagogy, assessment, and reporting.

  • Provide guidance and ensure compliance in Years 7–12.
  • Lead the academic organisation and collaborate closely with the Head of Secondary Learning Community, Heads of Departments, and other College leaders to implement the College's strategic plan and direction.

Key Qualifications:

  • An active membership in a local church.
  • Registration as a qualified teacher with the relevant teaching authority.
