Job DescriptionMerkle is a leading data-driven Customer Experience Management (CXM) company that specializes in delivering unique, personalized customer experiences across platforms and devices.We are seeking a skilled Agile Business Analyst, with a strong CX focus, to join us on a Fixed-Term, 6-Month Contract.This high-impact digital transformation project requires a deep understanding of complex booking flows, secure payment integrations, and personalized customer experiences.Key Responsibilities:Elicit, define, and document customer and business requirements for a premium travel and hospitality booking site.Collaborate with design, tech, and stakeholder teams to shape user journeys and functional specifications.Translate requirements into clear user stories, acceptance criteria, and CX artifacts (e.g., journey maps, wireframes).
