**About the role**
Reporting to the **Manager Systems, Reliability & Asset Health**, you will play an integral role in the implementation of Asset Health across MinRes mobile mining equipment fleets and will support operations on the early identification of abnormal equipment conditions, aiming to drive Availability, Reliability and lifecycle cost improvement.
This position will be based at our world-class head office in Osborne Park on a Monday to Friday roster.
**You will be responsible for**:
- Support the implementation of an Asset Health business process across major mining fleets.
- Support the implementation of the Asset Health Honeywell APM solution across AMG.
- Analyse, prioritise and manage events and alarms to avoid equipment functional failures.
- Evaluate equipment health through the monitoring of real time machine parameters.
- Support operations' teams on the troubleshooting of equipment abnormal conditions.
- Work with OEMs to understand causes of Asset Health abnormal conditions.
- Work with Planning and Reliability teams, supporting fleet performance improvements.
- Document and report Reliability growth and cost avoidances due to Asset Health successes.
- Build and optimize Asset Health detection rules and logic, to fine tune detection.
**What you'll bring to the team**:
- Trade certificate or tertiary qualification in an Engineering discipline
- 7+ years' experience on mobile equipment Asset Management and Reliability.
- 5+ years' experience on alarms & events management, and Asset Health evaluation.
- Strong experience on machine troubleshooting, using onboard systems information.
- Strong experience on Asset Health evaluation, using time series data and policies.
- Solid background on equipment Reliability analysis and FMECA fundamentals.
- Experience on fleets performance analysis and descriptive/predictive analytics.
- Able to develop simple value models to capture Asset Health financial benefits.
- Knowledge of maintenance systems ERP/CMMS (i.e., MS Dynamics, Pronto, AMT)
- Desirable knowledge of MS Office, MS Project, Power BI
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
