Job Title: Senior Asset Health Specialist\

Roster: Monday to Friday, 7.6 hours per day - adhoc travel to site when required

Key Responsibilities:
  • Detect emerging equipment failures using telemetry data and predictive analytics.
  • Create diagnostic dashboards combining SQL and Power BI for enhanced decision-making.
  • Maintain a comprehensive failure-signature library and generate notifications for proactive maintenance.
  • Omitate maintenance plans with asset health insights to optimize efficiency.
  • Develop and implement condition-based maintenance (CBM) strategies for maximum uptime.
  • Collaborate actively in work management processes to drive results.
  • Produce concise reports for planners, controllers, and supervisors to inform strategic decisions.
  • Apply data storytelling standards such as traffic-light logic and sparklines for effective communication.
  • Identify and resolve recurring issues through proactive problem-solving.
  • Use Defect Elimination Process (DEP) tools and meetings to share and resolve common failures.
  • Incorporate stakeholder feedback into monitoring processes for continuous improvement.
Qualifications and Experience:
  • Possess a Mechanical or Electrical Trade Qualification or Tertiary Engineering Qualifications in Mechanical or similar disciplines.
  • Experience in asset health, reliability, or condition monitoring roles in mining, heavy industry, or similar environments is essential.
  • Deliver Condition Based Maintenance strategies effectively.
  • Participate in work management processes including maintenance planning meetings.
  • Familiarity with quick diagnostic dashboard creation and operational reporting in Power BI is desirable.
  • Addition training or certifications in reliability engineering and condition monitoring are beneficial.
