Join SRG Global as an **Internal Recruitment Officer** based in our Sydney CBD office. **Paternity Cover role - 6-9 months with the possibility to extend.**

**The Role**

**As a HR Recruitment Officer, you will take ownership of the end-to-end recruitment process for **White-Collar roles**, ensuring operational requirements are met while aligning with our company's strong cultural values.

Reporting to the Talent Acquisition Partner, you'll collaborate with a supportive and experienced HR & Recruitment team that operates across various sites throughout Australia.

This role offers exposure to a diverse range of recruitment opportunities, from Civil Engineering and construction positions to corporate services.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Partnering with stakeholders**: Work closely with divisional managers and operational teams to understand their resource needs and provide weekly updates on recruitment progress.
- **End-to-end recruitment**: Advertising, screening of resumes, shortlisting, scheduling interviews and coordination of the pre-employment checks I.e reference checking
- **Facilitate onboarding** by preparing letters of offer, assisting with mobilisation, and coordinating inductions for employees across Australia.
- Manage and maintain employee records via our ATS **PageUp**:

- Provide backup and support with high-quality Administration support to the wider teams where required.

**The successful applicant will ideally have**:

- Previous Recruitment or external Agency experience (must have)
- Proven experience in sourcing (headhunting) hard-to-fill roles (must have)
- Experience recruiting in the Construction, Engineering, Mining & Resource and/or Industrial industry (preferred)
- Strong interpersonal/verbal communication skills - must be able to establish relationships and communicate effectively at all levels on and off-site.
- Attention to detail with a strong focus on compliance
- Intermediate Microsoft Word & Excel processing skills.
