**Hours per fortnight**: 76 or 80 hours _(80 hours includes ADO every 4 weeks)_

**We're looking for a Business Specialist to join our dynamic PAS Project Team**
This is a unique opportunity to shape the future of our Patient Administration System and play a key role in our electronic Patient Record transformation.

**In this role, you will**:

- Report directly to the Project Manager and work closely with a growing, future-focused PAS Project Team
- Design and input functional requirements for the replacement of our core Patient Administration System (PAS)
- Develop clear, structured work packages and specifications that support effective system delivery
- Advocate for end-user needs, ensuring the system is practical, efficient, and widely adopted
- Identify opportunities for process redesign to improve workflows and system usability
- Contribute to the next phase of our electronic Patient Record journey, driving digital transformation across the organisation

**Your New Division**

The Digital Services Division is charged with delivering technology solutions that deliver on our vision. As well as responsibility for the mainstream ICT services and support the division encompasses Information Technology Services, Architecture and Applications, Clinical Information Systems, and Virtual Care Office.
