Job Title: Chief Information Security Strategist

About the Role:

  • We are seeking a seasoned security professional to lead our information security efforts and provide expert guidance on all aspects of cybersecurity.
  • You will be responsible for assessing risk at the technical or system process level, ensuring compliance against defined security control frameworks, and developing high-quality risk assessments and reports.
  • As part of our team, you will identify, categorize, and address security risks and threats through the completion of security threat and risk assessments of ICT and OT systems.
  • You will develop and implement effective security policies, procedures, and plans to ensure robust governance.
  • Your collaboration with peers across the organization will enable us to continuously improve our security posture, share knowledge, and build a strong professional network.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Review and propose improvements to existing controls, aligning with industry standards and best practices.
  • Analyze and research emerging security technologies to drive innovation in our solutions.
  • Evaluate the effectiveness of controls in place and measure their business impact.
  • Support investigations, including on-site visits and stakeholder workshops, to identify and mitigate security risks.

Requirements:

  • Familiarity with established information security standards, such as ISM and 27001.
  • Experience with information security frameworks, such as NIST Cybersecurity Framework.
  • Ideal candidate holds relevant industry certifications, such as SANS ICS515 or CISA, or demonstrates progress toward achieving certification.
  • National security clearance is required; willingness to obtain clearance is essential.
