Dale Christian College WA, a K-12 school nestled in the southern suburbs of Western Australia, is actively seeking a dynamic, qualified, and innovative full time High School Teacher with capability to deliver High School ATAR English for Year 11; General English for Year 7-12 and HSS Years 7 – 10. We are particularly interested in individuals who can demonstrate a strong commitment to a Christian and Biblical worldview in their teaching practices.

Responsibilities
The successful applicant will be expected to:
Be prepared to model, uphold and support the ethos of the College and its Core Values.
Demonstrate understanding of school curriculum and assessment requirements, and current best practise in pedagogy.
Display awareness of the need for the provision of pastoral care in the school environment and inclusive education.
Demonstrate excellence in teaching and learning in the High School context.
Be well-qualified with demonstrated experience, and excellent communication, organisational and administrative skills.
Be willing to be a productive member of our team and work collegially with the other members of the team.
Adhere to the "Staff Code of Conduct", "Child Protection Policy" and the College "Statement of Faith".
Qualifications & Requirements
Qualified High School English/HSS Teacher capable of delivering ATAR English for Year 11.
Experience teaching General English for Year 7-12 and HSS Years 7–10.
Ability to demonstrate a strong Christian and Biblical worldview in teaching practices.
Strong communication, organisational and administrative skills.
Current WWCC, National Police Clearance, TRBWA Registration (If applicable), Australian Citizenship or Permanent Residency, and certified copies of academic qualifications and transcripts.
