Job Opportunity

We are seeking a dynamic and qualified full-time English Teacher to join our educational team. This is an exciting opportunity for graduates who are passionate about Christian education.

About the Role:

  • Deliver High School ATAR English for Year 11;
  • General English for Year 7-12 and HSS Years 7 – 10;
  • Demonstrate a strong commitment to a Christian and Biblical worldview in teaching practices.

Responsibilities:

  1. Model, uphold, and support the ethos of the institution and its Core Values.
  2. Demonstrate understanding of school curriculum and assessment requirements, and current best practice in pedagogy.
  3. Display awareness of the need for the provision of pastoral care in the school environment and inclusive education.
  4. Demonstrate excellence in teaching and learning in the High School context.
  5. Be well-qualified with demonstrated experience, and excellent communication, organisational, and administrative skills.
  6. Adhere to the "Staff Code of Conduct", "Child Protection Policy", and the institution "Statement of Faith".

Requirements:

  • Qualified High School English/HSS Teacher capable of delivering ATAR English for Year 11.
  • Experience teaching General English for Year 7-12 and HSS Years 7–10.
  • Strong communication, organisational, and administrative skills.
  • Current WWCC, National Police Clearance, TRBWA Registration (If applicable), Australian Citizenship or Permanent Residency, and certified copies of academic qualifications and transcripts.
