Transforming Systems, Driving Results: A Visionary DevOps Role
About the Opportunity
We're seeking a skilled and passionate DevOps Engineer to join our high-performance trading team. As a key member of our engineering organization, you'll be responsible for designing and implementing efficient systems that drive business success.
Your Key Responsibilities Will Include:
Develop and maintain Linux-based development environments for multiple teams, ensuring seamless collaboration and accelerated innovation.
Create, refine, and improve deployment pipelines for internal tools and trading infrastructure, streamlining processes and reducing complexity.
Oversight of CI/CD ecosystems (GitLab preferred), from configuration to monitoring and continuous improvement, guaranteeing reliability and scalability.
Design and manage secure and reliable artifact storage solutions, providing fast, consistent access to build outputs and dependencies.
Coordinate production releases, including validation and post-deployment checks, ensuring minimal downtime and maximum efficiency.
Maintain the health and performance of CI/CD infrastructure and developer toolchains, proactively identifying and resolving issues.
The Ideal Candidate Will Possess:
Expertise in building and refining CI/CD pipelines that support complex, high-performance systems.
A strong track record of collaborating directly with engineering teams, from low latency specialists to FPGA developers.
A passion for taking ownership of the full software delivery lifecycle, from development to production releases.
Familiarity with cloud infrastructure (AWS preferred) and monitoring tools (Prometheus, Grafana, Elastic Search, Splunk).
