Join us as **Media & PR Leader** at **Ignite Travel Group **_(Please note this is a fixed term contract)._**

**Your Responsibilities**:
**Media Strategy & Campaigns**:

- Plan, execute, and analyse above-the-line campaigns (print media, TV, radio)
- Manage key media relationships and annual media budget, ensuring effective ROAS

**PR & Promotions**:

- Drive brand awareness through strategic PR initiatives
- Build media partnerships and pitch editorial ideas
- Manage award submissions and corporate PR strategies
- Manage and execute sponsorship agreements

**Leadership & Collaboration**:

- Lead and mentor a high-performing media team
- Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to meet marketing goals

**Who You Are**:
**Experienced Pro**: 8+ years in media, marketing, and PR, with 5+ years leading teams
**Strategic & Organized**: Proven track record in delivering successful B2C campaigns
**Relationship Builder**: Strong communicator with excellent stakeholder management skills
