We're looking for a
Junior Marketing Assistant
to join our small, purpose-driven team and help us grow our digital presence through meaningful, high-quality content.


About the Role

As our Junior Marketing Assistant, you'll be responsible for capturing, editing, and sharing engaging content that connects with our audience on Instagram, TikTok, and YouTube. You'll work closely with our founder, senior team and community to showcase the real people, stories, and energy that make
My Good Feeling
so unique.


Key Responsibilities

  • Plan, shoot, and edit short-form content for Instagram Reels, TikTok, and YouTube Shorts
  • Assist in developing and scheduling campaigns aligned with our brand voice and values
  • Attend and capture content during classes, events, and member moments
  • Support marketing tasks including email campaigns, basic design (Canva), and planning
  • Work flexibly between our Peakhurst studio and remote (transport required for local shoots)


About You

  • A hit the ground running approach, bringing your skills, experience & knowledge to life
  • Confident in filming and editing content with a phone or camera
  • Experience using Canva, CapCut, InShot, or Adobe tools
  • Knowledge of current content trends across TikTok, Instagram & YouTube
  • Passionate about wellness, fitness, or personal development
  • Based in
    Sydney
    and can travel to
    Peakhurst
    and nearby areas as needed


Nice to Have

  • Cert III or IV in Fitness or experience working in the fitness industry
  • Comfortable being on-camera and contributing to content
  • Previous work with gyms, studios, or wellness brands
