Responsibilities
Lead by example, mentoring & inspiring your team on a daily basis
Coach your team to achieve & develop their knowledge and skills
Lead from the front, providing an exceptional customer experience
Create a strong safety mindset with a culture of safety within your team
Recruit, onboard, and induct high calibre new Team Members
Be responsible for stock management, ensuring stock is maintained and accurate & the team are aware of stock integrity processes
Be proactive in keeping your knowledge up to date on pet care, products, and services provided
Create a fun, supportive culture in-store where your team loves coming to work every day
Pro-actively support local marketing opportunities and sponsorships
What We Need
Experience in a similar store leadership role or readiness to take the next step in retail management
Demonstrated success in driving sales
Strong leadership with ability to motivate and build a high performing team with a positive culture
High resilience and ability to prioritise and manage conflicting priorities
Ability to create a positive culture of safety
Demonstrated ability to achieve and exceed sales targets
Established business acumen
Flexibility to meet changing work conditions
High degree of interpersonal and communication skills
