The User Researchers will collaborate with other researchers to conduct studies that help understand user needs, behaviours, and preferences to inform product and service design and development.

Key responsibilities include planning and conducting user research studies using appropriate methods, analysing research data, collaborating with stakeholders and helping to create and maintain a user-centred design process.

**Essential criteria**
- Tell us about a time when you have planned, designed, and conducted user research studies, including interviews, surveys, and/or ethnographic research
- Tell us about a time when you have analysed research data and reported findings to the product team and stakeholders to inform decisions
- Tell us about a time when you have collaborated with stakeholders to inform the design and development of a government digital product or service
