You will work closely with the Talent & Engagement team and a dedicated HR Administration Coordinator who embody our values and prides themselves on providing exceptional stakeholder support.
**The Role**
Bringing a strong understanding of the employee lifecycle, you will play a key role working in partnership with business leaders to achieve business goals with a people-focused lens that ignites both our people's and our business's potential.
- Workforce planning: talent management, succession planning, leadership development, and resource management.
- Coaching leaders on the Career Development process.
- Implementing HRM initiatives, including employee wellness, talent management, diversity, and inclusion.
- Manage Employee Relations.
- Senior Stakeholder management and engagement.
- Coaching and mentoring.
- Supporting the Talent Team on recruitment activities as needed.
- Demonstrated HR Business Partnering experience, ideally within a role with an ER/IR focus
- Experienced coach with the ability to support Leaders through organisational change
- Tertiary qualified in HR or related discipline
- Location either Brisbane, Sydney, or Melbourne.
- Willingness to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Experience in Change Management is desirable.
