**WeKare Disability Support Group**is seeking female staff for a NDIS participant preference, you must have experience as a NDIS support worker and Personal Care Attendant. You must have experience with

Experienced flexible workers will be highly considered, who possess skills working with:

- Attention to detail
- Personal care duties
- Experience working with complex clients
- Excellent communication skills
- Must be fluent in English

A suitable applicant must be available on

**Monday to Friday**:

- **8:00 AM - 10:00 AM**: Pick up participant from her home and drop her off at school in Whittlesea.
- **3:00 PM - 6/7:00 PM**: Pick up participant from school in Whittlesea and take her home. Can stop off at a local park/ playground on the way home. Activities will include after-school games, puzzles, feeding the animals, assisting with dinner preparation, and personal care (showering, bathing, dressing).

WeKare will provide the appropriate training as needed to support all participants.

You will work with a variety of participants over a variety of shifts based on both your preferences and the preferences of participants.

Mandatory documentation is required for employees of NDIS providers.
- 100 points of ID (including a valid driver's licence).
- NDIS Worker Screening Clearance
- Current National Police Check (specifying unsupervised with vulnerable persons)
- Current CPR and First Aid Certification
- Infection Control in the Workplace Certification
- NDIS Worker Orientation Certification
- Covid 19 Vaccination Certificate (including booster dose).
- Cert 3 or 4 in Aged Care or Disability Support

Workers will be required to support participant to live as independently as possible, within the parameters of their plan arrangements and behavioural guidelines. Assist participants to achieve their plan goals and participate in the community.
