**The Company**
Our client is a conveyancing firm in regional Victoria who manage interesting conveyancing files. They have remote conveyancers set up around Victoria, even in SA There is plenty of support provided.

**The Opportunity**
Join an open, relaxed and friendly team and work on diverse and challenging files to keep you stimulated. you will be working on residential and commercial files with a lot of subdivisions, family trusts, adverse possessions and transfers. There is high volume work so you will keep stimulated and busy.

Your day-to-day tasks would include:

- Running files from start to finish
- Liaising with stakeholders and clients
- managing client expectations
- reviewing and preparing crucial documents
- meeting stringent deadlines

**About You**
- 3+ years experience running files from start to finish
- currently hold a conveyancing license
- can think laterally and strategically
- ability to work autonomously
- Excellent customer service
