SkyCity Adelaide is currently on the lookout for an experienced Administrator to join our Host Responsibility team.

**About the opportunity**

This newly created role will perform a number of administrative functions and customer service-related tasks that support the day-to-day operations of the Host Responsibility team, including processes associated with customer support and monitoring, and ensuring customer records are complete and up to date. This role will also be responsible for undertaking accurate, timely and consistent support tasks, including:

- General logistics;
- Record keeping;
- Minute taking;
- and providing initial customer service responses.

This role will actively contribute to SkyCity's Host Responsibility objectives and customer care approach by taking an engaged and proactive role in a range of Host Responsibility related activities.

**About you**

You will have proven experience in administrative support, particularly in high volume environments. You will be proficient in all MS Office tools and will have an ability to learn a variety of customer databases and tools as required. You be detail-focused and take a proactive approach to problem-solving and will have excellent communication skills (both written and verbal). Your integrity when dealing with highly confidential resources and/or information will also be one of your greatest strengths.
