We seek an experienced Corporate M&A Director to join our team, focusing on transactional work with a strong background in corporate clients and deal structures. Key responsibilities include:
Tax due diligence review and analysis
Deal structuring advice
Transaction document review and negotiation
Post-deal integration support
ATO and FIRB correspondence
Requirements include:
Proven tax expertise in transactional environments
Excellent client service skills with a strong track record of developing relationships
Strong technical knowledge of taxation laws and regulations
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Ability to supervise and mentor junior team members
