This is a rare opportunity for a Corporate M&A Lawyer (2-4 years PAE) to join a leading international top-tier firm in a high-performing team with highly respected partners and excellent career growth opportunities.

You will be involved in all aspects of corporate transactions, including public and private M&A deals, takeovers for listed companies, disposals, private equity transactions, venture capital, joint ventures, and shareholder arrangements.
