**About the Role**

The Chief Financial Officer position is an integral member of Monford's Executive Leadership Team, and responsible for all financial aspects of the business including financial planning, budget management, strategic financial initiatives as well as ensuring the accounting processes and procedures conform to all relevant regulatory and legislative standards and principles.

**About You**

To be successful in this position, you will be a qualified professional with at least 10 years' experience in a similar role and be able to demonstrate your strong communication, influencing and negotiation skills as well as your advanced understanding of accounting standards and best practice. In addition, you will be a strong leader with the ability to support, mentor and develop your team. Previous experience using Vista will be an advantage.
