Job Description
We are seeking a Senior Occupational Therapist to join our South Perth team
We're expanding our multidisciplinary team supporting NDIS participants and are excited to welcome a passionate and experienced Senior Occupational Therapist ready to make a meaningful and rewarding impact in their local community.
In this senior role, you'll bring clinical expertise, maturity, and strong time management and organisational skills, while also mentoring junior team members.
We'll support you every step of the way with structured supervision, mentoring, and loads of CPD opportunities. We're committed to investing in you so you can thrive in our fast-paced, energetic, and fun workplace.

Qualifications
To be successful in this role you will have:
Current registration with AHPRA as an Occupational Therapist
Experience in delivering person-centred Occupational Therapy services
Experience in mentoring and supervising other Occupational Therapists
A genuine passion for working in the disability sector
Excellent written, verbal and interpersonal communication skills
