In this exciting 2 year fixed-term opportunity, you will oversee Thales AMS Hardware inventory, maintain inventory data integrity and manage the day to day interactions between Thales, its 3PL warehousing and distribution partner to monitor and ensure performance.

**The role**
- Receipt, checking and verification of all inward and outgoing goods
- Receipt, inspect (where applicable), store and issue inventory in compliance with the procedures
- Data entry into the inventory tracking and ERP systems
- Supervise, control, and perform stocktaking activities
- Maintain housekeeping standards at all times, to ensure that unserviceable inventory is correctly processed into and out of the Quarantine Store
- Ensure accurate transfer of inventory when required
- Monitor and coordinate the workflow to ensure optimum use of resources
- Provide guidance to 3PL store staff to achieve agreed KPI targets
- Engender a strong safety culture within the store environment, and ensuring that store staff adhere to safe work practices at all times
- Stakeholder management in a complex project environment

**How About You?**
- Relevant Supply Chain industry experience
- Ideally experience with high value electronics
- Extensive previous experience in managing 3PL warehouse operations
- Previous experience and knowledge of inventory management systems
- Integrated Logistic Support and/or Supply Chain Logistics knowledge
- Ability to manage and conduct cycle counting and stocktaking activities
- Experience in preparation of freight for export of Australia
- Monitoring and coordinating the workflow to ensure optimum use of resources
- Good stakeholder management & engagement skills
- Effective verbal and written communication skills
- Eligibility do obtain an Australian Defence Clearance if required
