Ready to lead from the front and shape the future of drilling operations?
We're seeking a dynamic and experienced Superintendent – Operations to join our high-performing Minerals team in Perth. This is your opportunity to play a pivotal role in driving operational excellence, safety, and innovation across our field operations.
As Superintendent – Operations, you'll be the vital link between strategic planning and field execution. You'll work closely with Rig Managers, Drillers, and our tier one mining client to ensure our rigs operate safely and efficiently.
What You'll Be Doing
Mentor field leaders and crews to foster a culture of safety, accountability, and high performanceMonitor rig performance, analyse operational data, and implement improvements that maximise uptime and productivityCollaborate with our clients Scheduling and Planning teams to optimise rig allocation and project timelinesChampion HSE standards to ensure all operations consistently meet or exceed compliance requirementsConduct audits, site visits, and performance reviews to uphold operational integrity and enhance crew competencyContribute to budget planning, cost control, and resource optimisation to help deliver strong financial outcomes

Proven leadership in drilling or field operationsStrong understanding of safety, compliance, and preventative maintenance systemsExceptional communication and stakeholder engagement skillsAbility to analyse data and translate insights into actionExperience working with large mining clientsA proactive, solutions-focused mindset
