We deliver multidisciplinary services across design, construction, commissioning, and operations throughout Australia and internationally.The OpportunityWe are seeking a motivated Procurement Assistant to join our team in Rydalmere, NSW, supporting electrical, instrumentation, and engineering projects across Australia.In this role, you will assist the Procurement team by managing day-to-day procurement activities including processing purchase orders, maintaining supplier records, coordinating supplier communications, and supporting tender and contract administration.
You will play a vital part in ensuring smooth procurement operations and timely delivery of materials and services.ResponsibilitiesAssisting with the preparation and processing of purchase orders and supplier invoicesMaintaining accurate procurement records and databasesSupporting supplier engagement and communicationAssisting with tender documentation and contract administrationCoordinating with project teams to track procurement schedules and delivery statusHelping ensure compliance with company procurement policies and proceduresAbout YouYou are detail-focused with good organisational and communication skills, keen to build your procurement experience within an engineering or construction environment.Previous experience in procurement support, administration, or supply chain roles preferredFamiliarity with procurement processes and terminologyExperience using procurement or ERP systems (e.g., Procore, ApprovalMax, Xero, PowerBi) is an advantageStrong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasksGood interpersonal skills and a collaborative mindsetRelevant qualifications or studies in Business, Procurement, or Supply Chain are a plusGrow with usSupport procurement activities for major engineering projects at RSGx.
