We are looking for multiple people to join our team:Residential Care WorkersResidential Care Team LeadersYouth WorkersRCW & YW roles start at $44.59 (casual) and can increase depending on qualifications and experience.CYF are holding an open day near you – learn a day in the life of a Residential Care Worker, hear from our team directly, meet with our management team and interview for these roles.JOIN US for an information session to learn all about these opportunities – no application necessary.

CYF team members play a vital role in ensuring that children and young people are offered a safe and stable environment to reach their goals.Ongoing training and development such as Therapeutic Crisis Intervention training and The Sanctuary Model frameworkConsistent rosters and supportive team cultureWellness initiatives and access to the Sonder wellbeing app – 24/7 supportRequirements:Working with Children Blue Card and NDIS Worker Screening Check or being willing and eligible to obtain prior to commencementAvailable to work across a full shift pattern (mornings, evenings and sleepovers)Valid Drivers Licence and access to a vehicleAttained or working towards a relevant Bachelor's Degree, Diploma or Certificate IV (Community Services, Youth/Social Work, etc.)Experience working with young people/childrenExperience working in other support work related fields, i.e. disability, mental health, aged care, and childcareWe are committed to an inclusive environment where people feel comfortable to be themselves.
