Residential Management Role

This is an opportunity to lead a residential aged care facility, prioritising the well-being of residents and staff. We are committed to creating a collaborative and safe environment through community engagement, wellness initiatives, and ongoing development.

The successful candidate will be responsible for day-to-day management and operational support across the facility. They will work closely with the regional manager and clinical lead to ensure high-quality person-centred care, revenue maximisation, and accreditation standards are met.

Main responsibilities include:

  • Ensuring the delivery of high-quality care and services
  • Maintaining occupancy levels through effective community engagement
  • Financial and HR management
  • Motivating, training, and developing team members
  • Ensuring compliance and quality indicators are met in line with industry standards

Requirements:

  • AHPRA registered nurse registration with leadership experience
  • Staff mentorship and development experience
  • Up-to-date knowledge of achieving accreditation standards
  • Ability to identify and improve areas of clinical risk and quality guidelines
  • Budget and finance management experience
