As the Mining, Infrastructure & Project Delivery business continues to grow, we are looking for a Project Controller to join our reputable Brisbane team. Join a specialised team working who are at the cutting edge of work in this field, and as part of our team, you'll help us shape the future.

**What you'll do**:

- Develop tender schedules for Feasibility Studies projects
- Establish and manage the initial project cost & schedule baseline for Feasibility Studies and EPCM projects
- Assist in creating and maintaining the Contract Work Breakdown Structures and work package level budgets
- Assist in Setting-up schedule and cost control system for Study and EPCM projects using Earned Value Measurement system tools
- Provide periodic project reporting on agreed performance metrics including cost and schedule
- Provide assistance to the project team in the use of the cost & schedule tools

**About you**:

- 2 to 5 years industry experience
- Demonstrated experience in scheduling tools such as P6 and MP
- Advanced knowledge in cost control using Earned Value Management systems
- Experience in analysing and evaluating critical path(s) impacting the contract/key project milestones and assess/propose alternative options in coordination with the project team to mitigate/recover potential cost overrun schedule delays
- Working knowledge of project control/reporting tools such as excel, Power Point, PRISM, Power BI and excel
- Ability to develop resource loaded tender schedules based on provided design drawings and cost estimate.
- Ability to prioritize and coordinate multiple tasks within restricted time frame
- An ability to manage internal and external stakeholders and build business relationships at all levels
