About BlueCare
With a Blue Nurses legacy dating back to 1953, BlueCare is one of Queensland's largest and most trusted not-for-profit providers of community and in-home care, residential aged care, disability services and retirement living.
Responsibilities
Develop, implement, monitor and review care plans
Comprehensive and accurate assessment of residents
Lead and supervise team members, provide supervision, guidance and mentorship
Respond to clinical nursing issues and concerns
Review resident care and care plans, promoting independence and quality of life
Drive AN-ACC funding and make a difference to the quality of care
Your role and duties
Work with the Residential Services Manager to ensure quality and compliance governance through robust processes that meet internal and external auditing standards
Provide leadership, decision making and clinical experience to lead and inspire the team
Provide exceptional care while responding to clinical issues
Review care plans to promote independence and quality of life
Development, implementation, monitoring and review of care plans
What we are looking for
Bachelor of Nursing or equivalent
Current AHPRA registration
Experience coordinating care within a large team
Ability to manage conflict, pressures and competing priorities
Ability to provide leadership, support and mentorship
NDIS Worker Screening Clearance or willingness to obtain

Location: Labrador Aged Care Facility
Remuneration: Attractive industry salary package + Super + Not-for-Profit Salary Packaging + Penalties & Allowances
Roster: Tuesday - Saturday
