**What you need to succeed**:
The right culture fit for our company and people is the most important attribute, along with the following skills:

- Lead the strategic development and execution of the annual Marketing & Communications plan to deliver agreed Marketing and Business KPIs.
- Determine KPI's for the marketing department, work with key stakeholders to ensure an integrated approach to customer attraction, support and retention.
- Reinvent and continually improve customer journeys and ROI from all customer touchpoint channels.
- Devise brand specific online and offline marketing campaigns customised to drive CVM's digital marketing positioning as well as to fill and grow the lead pipeline with high-quality leads.
- Utilise data through a well-funded A/B test, learn and evolve approach to campaign planning, strategy and execution.
- Pursue acquisition targets through site enhancements and performance marketing funnel optimisation.
- Use data to drive informed decisions on enhancements to marketing strategy, planning and media mix.
- Maintain an entrepreneurial attitude to energise, coach and mentor the team to achieve a high performance culture.
- Cultivate a solid network of strategic partnerships, uphold a high standard of accountability of all external partners and agencies.
- Monitor and evaluate competitor activity and trends. Recommend actions to ensure our brands are ahead of the competitive set.
- Promote better practice within the Marketing department and constantly look to improve processes and procedures.
- Ability to collaborate effectively with all stakeholders.
- High attention to detail and a proven ability to prioritise competing commitments and meet deadlines.
- Consistently proactive, resilient and taking initiative wherever possible.
- High level communication and consultation skills, including a commitment to open, honest, two-way and frequent communication.
- Decision making skills, ability to consult and gather information, consider alternatives, communicate decisions and review outcomes in a timely manner.

**Essential Experience and Attributes**:

- Experience interpreting a strategic vision into an operational model.
- Bachelor's or Masters Degree in media, marketing, communications, or equivalent.
- 5-10 years' experience in leading a marketing team
