**ABOUT THE ROLE**:
At Prestige Inhome Care, we believe that everyone deserves to go home safe at the end of the day. As our Workplace Health & Safety Specialist, you'll be at the heart of our commitment to safety, ensuring our staff and workplaces remain safe and compliant.

**As the WHS Specialist, you will**:

- **Lead & enhance our WHS Management System**- Ensure compliance, conduct risk assessments, and drive continuous safety improvements.
- **Support injury management & return to work -**Work closely with our injury management provider and help employees get back to work safely.
- **Make a difference -**Your work ensures that everyone goes home safe at the end of their shift.

**ABOUT YOU**
We're looking for someone with:

- Prior experience in a similar WHS role
- Strong knowledge of Workcover, OH&S legislation, and return-to-work processes.
- A natural ability to influence and drive positive safety outcomes.
- Strong organisational, reporting, and communication skills.
- Ability to work unsupervised and as part of a team
- Cert IV in Occupational Health and Safety or relevant qualifications (desirable).
- Looking to work part-time hours (15-20 hours per week)
