**How will I help?**

As the Strategy Consultant you play a key role in an agile multi-disciplinary project team focused on driving CEO agenda issues and customer focused outcomes. The Strategy Consultant will specialise in driving data-driven customer and business insights for projects.

Projects will be in a diverse range of topics from new proposition design, organisation optimisation, business improvement, and new strategic opportunity identification. You will be responsible for developing specific strategic solutions for problems as well as working closely with SMEs across the Bank to provide advisory services to business leaders. You will also show strong drive and practicality to effectively manage your own work and contribute to the overall outcomes of the team.

**What do I need?**

You will also have a strong focus on customer and commercial outcomes, excellent collaboration skills, able to work with a wide variety of stakeholders at different levels of seniority. Additionally, you will have strong learning orientation with commitment to listening and learning from colleagues, experimenting with new ideas and approach, and keeping up to date with the latest technical developments in data and analytics.
