Early Childhood Educator Opportunity\

We are seeking a highly skilled and passionate Early Childhood Educator to join our dedicated team of professionals in providing high-quality care and educational programs for Kindergarten children.

This is a dynamic role that offers opportunities for growth, professional development, and collaboration with experienced educators. As an Early Childhood Educator, you will be responsible for creating engaging learning experiences that meet the individual needs of our children.

  • Lead a classroom by effectively engaging with children, families, educators, and the wider community to implement the educational program.\
  • Manage your classroom and flexible routines on a day-to-day basis.\
  • Work alongside the Ed Leader to provide creative learning experiences that foster academic and social growth.\
  • Mentor and lead your team in your classroom to incorporate collaboration, reflection, and respect.\
  • Develop and implement a comprehensive Transition to School Program.\
  • Implement the educational program and experiences to meet the unique needs of each child.\
  • Demonstrate a strong knowledge of the EYLF, NQS, and Transition Statements.\

    • A Bachelor of Early Childhood or equivalent qualification as approved by ACECQA is required.\
    • Current approved first aid, anaphylaxis, and asthma qualifications are necessary.\
    • A valid Employment Working with Children Check is required.\
    • A sound understanding of the EYLF and VEYLDF is essential.\
    • Excellent verbal and written communication skills are crucial.\
